@error503 lol. You think this is bad? Let me tell you. We have same users here. Some want help with document formatting even though they’ve been doing it over 15+ years. Basically any MS Office product. Some want a different pdf program because someone told them theirs is better than theirs. Basically they need help with anything they’ve been doing for long time and they aren’t ready to learn either. 🤦‍♂️
