set up a listing on upwork.com to hire a russian skype tutor.
and you live 2 hours from Kalingrad, you may find a school there. 🙂 -
myss44505yThink you should learn to read/write Cyrillic first, if you're slavic, lots of stuff will make sense after that - then might aswel just read their news, music, tv etc and you'll catch it up a in year or two..

Well, if you need russian speaker, it's my second native language, would be a good practice to talk about coding in russian I suppose
But...
Why would you even want to learn it? -
@rostopira If you need a Russian speaker, just play Left 4 Dead.
But seriously, I can see the appeal of learning the language. The Russian web just offers some distinct things you don't find anywhere else, things that are not translated. Admittedly, some of those are grey area. -
CS:GO 100% success guaranteed (possible side-effects may include dementia, high blood pressure and/or angry neighbors)

el-nico35yI've not met a polyglott who actually learned to speak a language fluently and happened to use Duolingo in that process...
But most of the dedicated polyglotts I've met have read a book called "Fluent forever", which has become a classic in the polyglott community, it's a highly recommended book whatever language you're learning. I'm currently learning Spanish using some of the tips in this book and it's amazing so far.
Basically get inspired by those who are good at learning languages. -
galena71355y@metamourge Not really. CS:GO has a lot more Russians as it can run on Russian hardware.
