I want to know how much a 10mb/s line costs in your countries because in South Africa it is R800 or $57,48 per month

    In Serbia, you can get a fine 10mb/s line fore about 1200RSD, which is a bit less then $11.

    For the amount you're paying, here you could get 170mb/s line.

    Australia we get ripped off comparatively. ~$45 US for 5-10Mbps

    About 22USD for a 50mbps in New Delhi, India. Speed reduces to 500 kbps after 30gb download.

    Wow, expensive. In Ukraine we typically pay 3-4 USD / month for a 100 Mbit/s line

    It'd be around 5 EUR/month where I live if someone even offers such a plan. 50 mbit up/down costs around 15 EUR depending on the provider.

    10 is no longer available but we have 15 and it is 17 euro. But with the telephone it's 20 euro.

    @svandeun In South Africa they have various companies billing us for what other countries get in a single subscription.

    So we have a provider for line, another for data, another for digital TV etc. Which easily comes to $130 dollars or so.

    With shows showing from 5 years back and then repeats into oblivion.

    Comparatively we are one of the most expensive countries while getting the lowest quality of product/service for our money.

    Furthermore, they are only in the process of rolling out fibre recently, most places don't have it yet....sigh.

    40€ for 50MBit/s (price includes telephone flatrate) in Germany. But you'll have to live in a large city to have access to this kinda connection.
