How do you handle your peer laziness? especially if he is your "CTO".

    I don't do much about that. I sometimes slack off as well so whatever; I think that 8h per day is too much for desk job so I don't feel bad when doing it and only get mildly irritated when someone does too much of it. In the end they aren't my subordinates and I don't have stake in the company. I can always just change jobs if it goes under or I get denied pay raise.

    @arraysstartat1 yes, agree with that, however in my case it is beyond slacking, my CTO never come to the office, and tend to work remotely for few weeks, while the task is easy, he never made any meaningful progress. Kinda tired with the bullshit he gave on the meeting.
