What the heck!

Are kids these days that smart?! I can't imagine a 3 yr old being able to communicate properly or let alone sit still to learn something properly.

I was dumb af and playing all the time till my 6th age.

Thoughts?

    Don't most places refer to your grade level as "year x"?

    Like ik in the states we say "third grade," but I always thought most places used "year x."

    Because year 3 as a grade level would make more sense, assuming it's like a 8-9 year old (age range for our third grade) vs a 3 year old

    @Stuxnet Ah, that makes sense. I have never come across such usage before.

    I'm used to "third grade" instead of "year 3".

    I thought it was just a bad sentence structure by the poster.

    Year 3 != 3 Years.

    That's like 8-9 years old, which is about right for kids these days who are actually interested.

    @Stuxnet I think that's mostly something from English speaking countries where school years are normalised.

    @M1sf3t must be nice.

    I couldn't even tie my shoes until like 2 weeks in to kindergarten whenever this girl taught me to instead of paying attention in class lmfao
