Just an experiment atm. Hoping it works well for me

    How did you mount the botton screen?
  • 1
    I love it! Let me know how it goes.

    Mine are 2 horizontal, and one vertical, your method seems interesting, but that would mean I have to put my monitors so far to make room, they are now as far as the keyboard, because I like small fonts

    I also see you have good taste in laptop brands

    I have exactly the same layout at work, except it's my lappy's screen in the middle :)

    comfy!

    @Monk Yeah, my last setup had three horizontally. My has been taking a beating from it, so I switched to this. That layout looks slick though.

    @Mr-Myrk Good little thing. Got it half a year early though. Heavy af

    @netikras Nice :) I tried it with the laptop in the middle first, but because of the dock and bulniness I general it took up a little too much space

    @gathurian Old lappy and trash bags. What else?

    @ScriptCoded I feel like this is an ancient IT secret: "old lappy and trash bags"
  • 2
    @Sundeep I'm hoping that you refer to the part of Wikipedia that says "innovative fix" and not "hack" 🙃

    @ScriptCoded can you take another picture from your head perspective while sitting?

    @ScriptCoded Holy crap, you're even jankier than Linus Tech Tips.

    Congratulations. You have become Linus's best friend.

    @jesustricks Remind me on Monday ;)

    @OmerFlame Is that a compliment? :p

    @ScriptCoded YES IN EVERY WAY YES

    I love your jankiness lol

    @ScriptCoded

    Trashbag monitor stand, a man of culture... I'd patent it before Apple sells it for $1000.

    I could never use a low monitor like that though, I slouch so far back on my chair that my chin rests on the desk edge.

    I kind of want to mount displays hanging from the ceiling so I can view them laying like a lazy potato in a beanbag chair.

    @bittersweet Haha, yeah it's a bit low at times. Though I kinda have to get better at sitting in a good position, so I guess this is kind of an incentive. But hey, monitors in the ceiling sound pretty neat as well. Sell it for $899 and you'll make a fortune!

    Bottom screen = not ergonomic
    Seems promising though

    @010001111 For what reason? So far it's felt much better than having three monitors horizontally
  • 1
    I run a 34 inch ultra wide 21:9 1440p I will never go back to 16:9.

    I place my Lenovo yoga 14" under it in flipped mode so kinda similar to your 3rd screen except that the yoga is touch screen

    I've been wanting an auxiliary monitor for a little while, never thought to mount it underneath...

    @Neo- Actually thought about using my own Yoga instead, though it's pretty weak and don't have any docking capabilites. Sooo... But sounds nice!

    @ScriptCoded

    My yoga is my dev machine with i7 8th gen and 12gb ram

    @Neo- My Yoga is one and tired! Battery runs out in 15 minutes of fully charged
