At my old job we hired a junior developer. Turned out the junior knew more than all of us. I learnt a lot from him and it pushed me to update my knowledge and skill set!

@Saborknight everybody needs a kick up the... sometimes. Get you out of your comfort zone and learning new things.

I hired a junior developers, I was happy because they knew more than me. They started to point finger at me and my code. They didn't produce anything better though. Now the company is collapsing, the code is collapsing. Only good thing is, they are eating now their own shit

I hope he got a pay (and title) increase to reflect that.
