What is your perception of the minimal competency required by a fresh junior developer in both soft-/hardskills?

Willing and eager to learn, this takes the priority, after that having at least some understanding of the tech being used helps but the attitude to jump and get your hands dirty is more important.

Junior to mid, you should be capable of flying solo on simpler tasks for the most part but I do expect questions to show up for best way to solve X and the like.

Soft Skills: Just don't be a dickhead or cunt
Hard Skills: no experience in the specific programming language or the required framework required but good general programming skills and good knowledge of systems, OS, networks and architectures, [insert basic CS skills here]
