bahua128015yI found one, but it's not terrific otherwise: qterminal. It works, but the window is decorated with lots of stuff that's specific to the app. I will keep looking, but this gives me hope.

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for!
There's a plugin for urxvt that allows keyboard search, selection, and clipboard handling, using vi-like navigation.

Anybody know a terminal emulator for Linux that supports searching/selecting/copying text in the scrollback buffer without the mouse? This is a killer feature of iterm that I have yet to see on a Linux TE.
