I wanna get into mechanical keyboards for sparetime gaming. Red, blue or brown??

Logitech has some good ones, go try it in a store. :)

It's a preference, brown, blue and red are the switches that need least amount of pressure to push, blue have a noticeable tactile click halfway down, brown has discrete tactile feedback halfway down, red is just linear force all the way down.

@zepto88 as i wanna get into speedrunning, and i tought mabe red, is this suitable?

@heyheni problem: theres no shop wich give these to test. And the qouldnt let a crazy dev into their facilities :)

I'am more into red ones (got some zealios), but if it's only spare gaming and you pref a more versatile keyboard, get some browns

Brown, son. Got 2 Das Keyboard 4 with browns. One for work one for play.

They say that the switches with a tactile feedback which is when the key sends the command is better for typing, and the linear is for gaming, but this is also preference. I actually like the black ones, same as red but a little heavier to press down, I think is a difference of 10grams downloaded.

iirc there are some keyboards with o ring dampers that you can put under keys if its too much of a bang. 2 cents worth advice for the day
