Made possible by Synergy! If you don't use it, you should. I'd be curious if people have dropped it for any better alternatives?

I did use Synergy for a short while between Linux and Windows but found it did weird things with the window manager I use on Linux, so had to stop...

Synergy is pretty nice, but these days I just run a VM for other OS

@nerd you can't see it, but somewhere behind the visible windows, I'm also running both Virtualbox and VMware Fusion. I don't use Synergy purely for multiple OS, but more so multiple machine. I have the HP Ultrabook running Ubuntu as my stationary "desktop" PC with two additional displays to the right of it, and the my portable work machine...Macbook Pro all the way to the right, with one additional screen just to the left of it...all tied together with synergy using the Dell keyboard and mouse at my desk ;-)

    Synergy is fucking great

But it was driving me nuts because of some keyboard layout bugs and I dropped it in favor of my sanity.

@azous Similar issue for me, when using a VM in a Mac guest, modifier keys aren't working unless the host machine had a Mac keyboard regardless of OS. Weird/annoying. Are you using an alternative?

I just need the code of the spiral on the 2nd screen 😅

@Johngtrs oh, haha, yeah! That's actually a bash script for installing/configuring guacamole on CentOS 7: https://sourceforge.net/projects/...

The spiral code is bash, using 'tput' to make a colorful guacamole logo in ascii art for the terminal shell 😉 ...

@FractalSystems Apparently I have been horribly misinformed! Thank you for the link, dear sir.
