I'm writing a guide to help non-tech (like plp with startup ideas) people hire developers. What I can't miss in this guide? What do you think about it?

Definitely include a section on interview questions. Ensure the people they are hiring know the basics.

@Lenda sorry I haven't been on. There are services out there that will interview developers on your behalf. They do take money though.

I think after a short interview, they owner should set then up with that service.
