Do they use the Exchange/Outlook/ Office pack on the company too? That's one reason I could think of.

It's my understanding that Microsoft Teams is included if you already get Office 365. Why pay for Slack if you get something similar for free? And I actually kind of like the idea of nested conversations.

@Yankeesrule actually we use telegram. We used slack, but we're public service @ Brazil so we CAN'T pay internationals bills or invoices. My boss choose o365 products without asking. We used to use open software
