How priorities work #1

High priority : Client request to change button color to red
Low priority : improvement that will boost product's speed and robustness

    My boss literally told me a few weeks ago: "it will be easier to sell the redesign (referring to basically remaking the site to make proper authentication *possible*) if you change the color scheme to the company colors."

    by the way, he was right

    I'm currently typing up site speed recommendations to a client that is just going to tell us to "update WordPress and that should fix everything." 😭🔫

    Task 1 = Urgent;
    Task 2 = Urgent;
    Task 3 = Urgent;

    If everything is urgent from the same client then nothing is urgent.
