When I call my internet provider's help desk I asked their employee in which layer of the TCP/IP model the modem works. If they can't answer the question they are not qualified to help me. If they don't understand the question I hang up.

funny part is with that bash in the new Windows it will really be Windows Linux :)

Almost every day during one month I talked to them on the phone. Multiple attendants from different countries.
They are absolutely fantastic, I was speechless every time.
