Actually it does get old as, as both are old,by now js is no more of a toy (that was initially written in 2 weeks i think) with great complexity then java is used by newbies
Furthermore js can also be used as a script in server side and windows shell. So you can't lead with that as well

Man, folks sure do hate Java 😅 I won't say I hate it, but it's verbosity can get really annoying. These days I'm layering on some Groovy and loving the experience thus far.

@kshep92 I wouldn't say that people hate it but it's fun to take the piss

... and that's why we learn Java at school with some IDE that seems to hide half of what happens from us.

@-xlf mate be happy you learn Java in school no matter the ide. Some unis still teach vb and php
