    I like the hammer.

@Frederick Oh hello there pretty boy

Looks nice. Though you could handle the messy wires a bit better. Velcro them together to a single cord for example. And I really don't get this kind of tools at your desk 😁 care to elab.?
  • 3
@netikras Yeah, totally agree. Only have a single strip left, so perhaps I'll go out and get some more.

As for the tools. The clamps are great for holding things together while patching up broken code. If you're dealing with older stuff, make sure to get the one with plastic tips. The cheap ones with just metal tends to rip things apart. The was for a glitchy UI, but someone else fixed it, so haven't had time to try it out. The hammer is pretty self explanatory I think. There's a magic wand there somewhere as well, but I'd rather not talk about that.

@ScriptCoded ohh, so this is THAT kind of a workspace. I see now.

*backs off slowly, not making any sudden movements*

@netikras Welcome back any time 🤗

@ScriptCoded I, uh.. I'll need to find my desk first under the mountains of tear-stained notes. Stay tuned.

Hmm, default browser start page with Google search, a well-filled bookmark bar and tools in the background...

But that function is longer than a screen page - refactor it into smaller parts.

@Oktokolo Haha fuck you everything doesn't have to be perfect

    I’m sorry that’s a 0/10

By the way: Anyone knowing a good deep-learning-based online service for restoring text scans wich have been scaled down a lot?
    Asking for a friend.

@Frederick that looks inconvenient af. how close u sit to reach the keyboard? u must have squinting eyes.

How do you guys tolerate a centered monitor and one on your right were you need space for moving the mouse? I always like to keep my second monitor to the left
  • 0
@Zorgatone I have a large enough desk so that the screen doesn't take up that space
  • 1
@ScriptCoded still, I need to have the monitors so close to my face because I’m near sighted as f*** so in front of the monitor there’s no room for a big mouse pad 😂

@ScriptCoded yes that’s why secondary monitor on the left is best for me, better desk space management

@Zorgatone Yeah that made no sense
