Do you mean professionally or are you asking who runs their lives in three week sprints?

We are running a 4-member scrum team coworking with other 4 scrum teams. I think in general it is a good method for developer, PM, and the stakeholders.

But it really depends on people to be self-driven, and believe in everyone wants to make this project success.

If all the things went well, you got a very efficient team for boss, and just enough challenging for developers.

My favorite part? Very little scope creep. Other team wants a feature? Go talk to my PO. πŸ˜‚ You think the pbi was supposed to do x? Acceptance criteria state it should do y...tough shit. πŸ˜‚

    Using it professionally.
    The good:
You only take on what is absolutely critical in a sprint. Helps get shit actually done.
The bad/ugly:When you have an interteam dependency, things get added to their backlog, and they take it up when they rightly have the time, but you gotta wait.
