If you could merge the best of any two programming languages, which would you choose?

F# and some language with higher-kinded types (mb Haskell or Purescript) or Rust.

@iiii Not that weird, I mean... you can take a codec written in C, and use emscripten/wasm to use it in a frontend project (for example to convert files before upload or after download).
