Is there an easy way to make your website not look like complete garbage, if you have no idea and no time for some web front-end?

Bootstrap?

How resource hungry is that? I only have a free Amazon webserver which already struggles just running the controller ( of the centrally managed WiFi structure I'm a currently building).
The website I am talking about is 1 page that contains a form, an feedback panel (smt like your request has been successfully processed) and a heading.
But looking at it gives me eye cancer.

Why would you add bootstrap to a single page with a form when about 40 lines of CSS would sort it out?

If you really have no idea, try something simpler than Bootstrap. Like w3.css @ http://www.w3schools.com/w3css/
