Why does every god dam company require me to create an account to their HR hiring site in order to apply? Ive had to create like 100 accounts now just for them to reject me...

Don't do that. Don't let them dump their HR work on you for free. Use their email for application instead. The only thing that you tailor to the company is the cover letter - everything else is generic. That's efficient for you.

That always pisses me off. Applying for jobs should only involve uploading a resume, cover letter, and clicking the submit button. Anything else is wasting my fucking time

@N00bPancakes Job hunting sucks balls. Part of it is that job ads make the job sound way more complicated than it is and requiring way more expertise than it needs. Years of experience full stack front to back and a phd in bionuclear chemistry and at least one Nobel prize in quantum mathematics
