@helloworld Let me see, £2000 quid for a mobile core i7, intel graphics.

I will stick with my hex core intel extreme series processor, 24GB ddr4 ram and GTX 1070, which costed me the same price.

@thmnmlst Noice! Are you using the insider build?

Great look. Too bad Groove has never had a functioning, stable version. It always breaks. Oh and I have never been able to subscribe to download music because Microsoft doesn't knoe hoe to do billing anymore. Oh and don't you fucking dare tell me to contact their support. They are the most useless, worthless pieces of degenerate shitbag cocksucking, ass sniffing, poo-finger-licking sons of filthy-ass, grass hopping, fraudulant, long haired, stinky poo bum ass rimming sons of smelly ass, butt fucking ape loving computer illiterate mother fuckers I have ever had to deal with.

Stupid cunts. Eat shit and shart til you die, you fat fucking smelly vag eating, ass tasting, smegma eating horse asses.

    @loserboi
    Huh? Oh.
  • 4
Well, i will keep using classic shell

Don't care how shiny they make there OS, it is spyware 100%, you don't own the OS or the data you place on it and both the US and the UK are letting Microsoft do this, don't go or it looks this and that, be a real dev and get your fingers out, NO Microsoft software is worth writing about as there evil debunks ANY idea or good apps or ideas as the OS rapes your freedoms.
  • 1
@thmnmlst also, the stability gets effed up when users are allowed to customize too much, Compiz manager is a great example.

@thmnmlst Only a fool accepts the means of spying done BLUNTLY to control the end user, Microsoft in there betas and live OS's have shown the power they have to stop any file from been used on there OS, the digital world is not 100% that is true but this is not about privacy anymore as the no longer offer it!!

Anyone is stupid if there going to lay down and let the governments and companies dictate what software you use and how you use it.

I can't say or that's nice anymore, our freedoms in the last few years are been ripped away from us and now software venders and legal bodies are using this shit to block our real freedoms, sorry if you don't agree or think I am over the top but the proof is right there, if you work there limitations and follow there bloody fads you become part of the problem.

@Rexzooly can you please me some suggestion? I want to live a secure life where no one tracks me :(
  • 3
@thmnmlst yeah, there's always these people hating on Microsoft. It's okay when Google, Apple and all the other companies collects shitloads of data. But if it's MS they are a spyware. I you can even turn of all the data sharings if you want.

@thmnmlst I created a new rant on the matter since I know this was more about the UI but MS has driving me nuts these last fews week, I am now dictacted to play my games on a PC they still spys on me even after been hacked to living shit to play games I paid a lot of money for or use a Linux distor what brakes my power management and my graphics card. I am sorry for going off topic.

My view on the UI is Apple do it better I must say at the moment and been doing it that way for many years.

@tahnik I have created a new rant where we can talk about it, I went off on one picking on the main company, my mistake but I willing to talk about it in a more related rant :)

There are a few tips we can do but none perfect.

The huge problem with these super innovative Windows apps is how Microsoft simplifies them to a point they get unusable.

On Windows 8 the OneDrive app couldn't even show how much space the stuff on OneDrive actually used, just opening the folder in Explorer made the whole app redundant. Then there was the photo app which could only see files in a specific directory, with no way to change it.
And of course the Windows Phone OneNote app which had fewer features than the Android version!

@deadlyRants There is that problem not letting the user pick if they want a more more complex or simple mode, take away the options and you get what they push on you, one drive and other apps are now pushed on the users since it works across there platform like onedrive XBox/Windows/Phone.

A simple UI is nice but there is no need to remove advanced options when using a UI what is simple.

@deadlyRants does anyone use windows phone?

    I do.😄
  • 1
@deadlyRants I have to agree. OneDrive is a total piece of shit. I hope they get rid of it soon. Not the service itself, the windows integration.
  • 1
@CozyPlanes I did use it, but then switched to a Blackberry Passport and love it.
WP 8.1 wasn't bad though, I liked how every app and menu had the same kind of design unlike Android apps.

    Still not a "Metro". #gooddays

    @thmnmlst
    Well hello there Mr. Moneybags!
  • 0
@thmnmlst nope. Neon and Andromeda won't be in creators update aka redstone 2. It will be in redstone 3 which will come out somewhen in fall 17

Yeah sadly but the APIs are there already. If you want to see how it could look like you can download the interop unlock tools by gus33000 on XDA developers and play around with the app a bit too see how this could look like.

Called you Mr. Moneybags because of the ultrawide screen @thmnmlst
