Firstly check if you have configured your router properly

If you are not getting speed use 5ghz band. If you are not getting range either use cable or use repeaters in the 2.4 ghz band. If your spectrum is pollluted like here https://devrant.com/rants/4186069/... use cablez we cannot help you.
