last night random thought.
If things don`t go well after my graduation, should have plan B.

Do all of you have Plan B?

"I can shoot myself and everything will become fine"

I don't really have any plan A to have a plan B at all.

You shouldn't have an A plan as strict as to need a B plan.
Your A plan should have variables, not hardcoded values.

    I don't have plan A

    Don't plan your life.

It fucks you anyway. And planned sex is boring sex.

    Same as the others.

I don't have longterm plans that I need to execute, I just have goals.

I know where I want to end up and the things I do are always aimed to achieve that goal.

    Any failure is temporary

    @AtuM

"Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?" "That depends a good deal on where you want to get to," said the Cat. "I don't much care where--" said Alice. "Then it doesn't matter which way you go," said the Cat. "-so long as I get SOMEWHERE," Alice added as an explanation. "Oh, you're sure to do that," said the Cat, "if you only walk long enough."

@AtuM why don't you want to be that ship? It's an assumption based on nothing.

Don’t remember who said this. “whenever you really want something, you shouldn’t have a plan B. You shouldn’t have a safety net in case things go wrong. If you have a safety net you won’t give all you can.”
    Or something like that.

I never had a plan B. Just faith and trust in my abilities.
Worked just fine for the last 12 years or so 😅

@AtuM how is that related to having goals?

@AtuM you took this a bit more serious than I expected.

    It's good to have goals.

But - and that's a huge but - when you have a negative experience, take your time and learn from it.

My comment wasn't focused on goals.

My comment was focused on plans.

A goal is for me to e.g. lose weight, become an expert in a technology or sth. like that.

A plan is a concrete visualization of how to reach the goal.

You don't need a plan to have a goal.

What I dislike is the "plan" - I have goals, yes.

Most people have a very terrifying point of view where they plan their whole life instead of enjoying it.

I'm not saying "procrastinate and postpone everything"… rather - be realistic. Set a goal but don't put yourself under pressure by trying to reach it at all costs following a fixed plan.

    You're not alone :)

@AtuM as one in a state of apathy and absence of strong desires, I don't really understand much about goals and plans.
