    @juzles I never used bootstrap, (tough I use parts of it) I always thought that would be an overkill for a small project.

    Bootstrap FTW, no matter of project size, it will always speed things up. Unless you have a web designer in the project so you don't have to worry about UI

    @runfrodorun I would say styling is not only for the page looking good. It helps structure it an will increase the user experience if done well.
    Of course you can leave styles. But for me there mor cons.

    @mundo03 Not really if the form should use a complicated grid with specific padding, because you end up messing around overwriting the standard bootstrap column padding ...

    @DevilInside Material Design Lite is a pretty cool front-end template. But I only use it partly and only for forms, because it has a good accessibility and that's important for me.
