I tried one without the strap that goes around the chest and didn't like it as much. If that one is a reminder to sit up straight, the one that goes around your chest is an order to do so.

@C0D4 it really works wonders. My experience is the more uncomfortable it is the better it works... 😂 no but seriously, just make sure you check your measurements and get one with either adjustable or stretchable straps and you'll be fine.
