Atleast people will exercise in hope of increased height, it may not increase but they won't get obese atleast.

Welcome to Android. The Play Store is full of garbage, to be honest. One of the downsides of less stringent requirements compared to Apple's app store.

@EmberQuill I don't see it as a downside — sometimes you want to install the "garbage". IMO, play store has too strict rules, but luckily you can easily install apps from other sources.

Maybe there could be a section in the play store for apps that fulfill even stricter requirements.

It can improve your posture, so perceived height + confidence.
