@darkwind yeah but if you look at the early film industry in the west you see the same thing. Trashy, campy. (Arguably even more trashy now).
Had they the special fx back then that Hollywood has now, they would have been just as ridiculous with it as Bollywood.
In a way it's like looking into an alternative distant past.

Ds (dipshits) keep calling my phone 6-8 times a day. Almost all automated calls.
One day AI will handle these robocallers automatically. And then it will just be GAN style robocallers vs robosecretaries training against each other to become better and better at fooling each other.
And then suddenly, one day: skynet.
With a neutral female voice.
Or maybe an Indian accent.
