What's a reasonable salary for a Junior Web Dev with 3 years experience in London?

    Not sure about London, but remember when I started as a junior I was looking at roughly £22-25k p/a.

    @Mack Bit different in the NW which is where i am based because living costs are a lot lower. I am on 25K at the moment with 5 years of professional experience if that helps.

    When I was looking a few years ago, Juniors were going for £20k-£30k straight from education.

    So I guess with 3 years experience, £25k-£35k?

    Well, I suddenly feel undervalued having the same experience, earning less. Let's hope it's because I'm outside of London.
