my sleep schedule is spectacularly fucked. i go home from school, fall asleep, wake up at 1 AM to try and work on my various web app projects, stay up until time for school the next day. this fucked up schedule has decreased my productivity a lot and i have done nothing to fix it. i feel like in the future when being productive actually matters this will be a huge set back for me. any idea how i can fix this?

    I heard from many people if they want to fix there sleep rhythm then they stay awake for 24 hours ore even 48 hours and then it is fixed. But I didn't tried something like that my self so i can't guarantee something.
