I hate Visual Studio. It takes 2 minutes to load- it is a glorified word processor- sure it has compilers but that's the backend work shouldn't be doing any of that at the start. It should take 10 seconds to load. It has absurd number of annoying checkers like unused attributes or function not initialized (constantly hits on Start ()in monobehavior) I even told to skip that nonsense and it still does it. It doesn't however check like infinite loops easily accidentally do. You can't duplicate a script because it can't do the simple thing of ensuring file name and class match.

    I think you have bigger problem when it takes 2 minutes to load. I click on it and it opened. Boom, done in less than 3 seconds.

    You can also disable everything and actually have a dumb but better looking notepad++.

    And cmon, who are you that you easily do infinite loops? Happens for me like… once in 2 years, maybe that’s what I actually need? Besides, most checkers are on a file basis, not a project wide scope.

    Try vs code for no class explorer, reference manager, clr debugger, visual editor etc

    If you’re using it to develop web that’s probably why you hate vs

    thats me when i didnt have an ssd. Now it takes 2 seconds

    @coldfire honestly that does affect performance greatly
    However I would add you want a spinning drive as backup if you go ssd

    It takes several seconds more than vs code for me, but it's sonething totally worth it, because I do it once per day, but at the end of day I save several hours thank to vs

    @jAsE-cAsE but they still exist and the problem is these fucking people have stressed me out so much whereas if i were exercising and getting laid constantly and they'd kept the other bs out of it i'd be better.

    the problem is the lack of getting laid part which definitely takes a load off. no pun intended. most especially when its with like 20-30 year olds.

    @jAsE-cAsE even when they are pedophile monsters, as longas they smile and suck my dick and stay away from kids i'm happy :)
