@IntrusionCM sure... The first one will be the beard curd roll with a blended meat fried it with vegetable oil.

For the spinach just cook with minced garlic and a bit of salt.

For the dumpling , the outter layer I used 2 eggs and some flour, and the content in the dumpling I made my own fish ball from prawns and Pollock. And cook it with garlic and steam the soup ( optional : enoki mushroom)

I'm having a potato peach gratin today.

Potatoes sliced and precooked, smoked ham with an onion and bit of butter stewed in a pan.

Thyme and broth added to the pan till it cooks. Peaches sliced, potatoes and peaches stapled in a casserole, pan with ham + onion + broth + thyme poured over, some pepper added, in the oven.

Last Monday, I had dim sum first time in my life and it was freaking awesome.

The chutneys/dip sauce was next level.
