Amazing Discord doesn't have full internationalization, considering the size of their quite literal international userbase.
Just out of curiosity, is UK date format like the rest of Europe? i.e. DD.MM.YYYY ? -
neolium12703yDate and time notation in the United Kingdom records the date using the day–month–year format (18 February 2022, 18/02/22 or 18/02/2022).

Already tried to switch back and forth? The UK setting works perfectly fine for my Discord client, it uses the date format of the language you select.

i fucking hate that date format.......and i am from the U.S It makes no fucking sense to me
-
@AleCx04 we special retarded primates need special formats duh.
(This applies to any country who reinvented the wheel) -
@Demolishun big to small, i like your style, honestly anything big to small, small to big makes much more sense than MoNth daY yeaR

hjk10157313y@AleCx04 don't care about the order as long as it is at least in order of significance not this stupid mixed bag.
Once had it explained that it came from letter heads e.g. march 19, 1847.
However we live in a different age now.
YMD is simply the best -
i hate it when there ever is any date format other than YYYY-MM-DD.
it is objectively the best format. period.
(YYYY/MM/DD is inferior. slashes are for separating stuff in urls and file systems. i'll only allow it if you use one folder per year/month/day) -
lastNick5773y@tosensei This yyyy-mm-dd format is an ISO standard that should be implemented everywhere.
-
I hate when the date format depends on the locale. Use ISO8601 or something similar, regardless of locale.

I fucking hate it when developers don’t respect user locale. My phone language is UK English, my Discord app language is UK English and my region is UK.
Then why the fuck is Discord showing me MM/DD/YYYY date format? How hard is it to pass locale when parsing time?
