People only seem to use arch so they can brag about how smart they are because they got the damn thing to work.

I prefer a distro that works out of the box so i can focus on things that matter.

Anyway choice is freedom, and that's why we love linux :)

@Haxk20 What you are doing there describing is "you" not "we".

I know for a fact there are people that do exactly what i said in my last message.

@Haxk20 well you dont use the same version and the same patch xp dont think that you have a gentoo kernel oO and I don't think this is specially a good point, I love more the fact that you will always find (i hope) a distro which will satisfy you. Well it may take a while I know x) there is no really good resources on which distrib you may like.

@Haxk20 Who cares, they are all the same underneath.

Try Arch Linux, if you are to lazy to set it up, go with Arch installers like Arch-anywhere or the full Manjaro distro ;)

Just to clarify: I don't want to use arch because I do not want to care about broken packages after any system update.

I love Arch for my own PC and home server, but the bleeding edge bleeds too hard sometimes, and it can be a bit unstable for critical systems. Work laptop and servers run Debian, because their packages go through a much stricter testing cycle.

@nblackburn Umm..I use Arch Linux, And when I say "I use Arch Linux" it really just mean -> I use Arch Linux. What wrongs with that? Because my distro of choice its name Arch Linux. And calling it other name just insult this distro. If you want an experience out of box -> Good for you (who judge you?). And when I say "I use Arch Linux", I dont try to convince you to use it (Seriously). I dont try to sound smart here. It just really mean it is. IT JUST MEAN -> I USE ARCH LINUX. (nothing more or less)
