Never be egoisitc about your code. Its good to feel proud on your code that you did it. but sharing is caring.. don;t be like only I can do this.. ego is not for dev community.. be adaptable for changes whether you learn from junior or senior :)

Agreed. Being competitive is good, but being a dick about it is not.

I probably learned the most and the fastest from a colleague of mine with which I had this "feud" going on where we always mocked each other and challenged each other to write better code, but also if any of us genuinely needed help or had a real engineering question we were both always ready to discuss it together and solve the problem given our shared experience. It was so much fun working with the guy, I miss that in my current team a bit ^^;
