the problem is that good software developers are lazy bastards and as a result they put stupid wankers in charge so they can work less and don’t give a fuck, after good developers are bored they leave but manager is staying and think that they’re good but in fact they were fooled so new developers got their ass fucked cause of big ego of wanker manager who was fucked by good developer and after that manager is leaving and new developers become good developers and you see full circle
