    It gets worse when people only tell you to just use another language or another library or something like that because they don't know the solution either.

    Happened to me once when pasting an error code into Google produced only 3 websites, 2 of which were in Chinese xD

    It's good to beat in mind that if something you are using is seriously lacking in community support, then it could very well be a good idea to look at an alternative. Community support is essential!
