Actually this is very sad, when you found a manager that won't belive in your ideas without any explanation.. because of course you could have only stupid ideas. I was like this, then i lost the passion, now i have got it again. The only difference between having and losing it was my manager... :)

Blows my mind when people do not like there job and are not willing to make a change.

Well at my former job I was new and proposed some ideas. After that I was fired. Well now they are using my ideas...

But I toke a keyboard on the knee
