Just deleted the prod DB without taking backup... 🤝

One time I used fucking phpmyadmin to take a backup, the file was so big and I couldn't verify it at the time

I dropped the wrong database of a high traffic website. Thank god my hosting provider had a backup.

I once had to drop a whole database because of some obscure InnoDb schrödingers syndrome...
And there was no backups..

So what do you ended up doing was to manually extract the database files into an identical server and then dump out the data that was intact, substitute what was not..
