Sublime is my preferred, but it is harder to make it look like you want it to. -
Vim for linux, np++ for windows when editing stuff I have no IDE for, and textmate for mac.

JTBringe6098yI started out with Brackets and really liked it.
However, several of the extensions I was using broke whenever a new version of Brackets was released, meaning I'd have to downgrade to an earlier version :/
Now I use Visual Studio for .NET and VS Code for everything else. -
