@sam9669 fortran was (maybe still is?) widely used for CFD. Nothing out of the ordinary. They're looking to brush up the cobwebs. For cheap. You know, republicans in power and all..

@qbasic16 cobol rates can get close to $100 / hr and critical bug fixes on weekends hitting $350 / hr; so maybe.
