So... We have a "network admin" who manages our network and the servers (windows) and I manage the Linux servers... He is having a real hard time to understand that the servers have no password but use ssh-keys to login and keep asking me for the credential to have them somewhere in case "something happens" like I quit or die...

    Windows (especially Windows server) ruins people. Many people get so used to the "I click on x, then y happens" mentality that they are actively refusing to even try to understand what is actually happening. Just recently, someone (a developer, actually) desperately tried to convince me that UTF-8 has nothing to do with Unicode. When I asked him what he thinks Unicode is, he explained that it is "the thing that happens if you click on Unicode in Visual Studio".
