Maybe try out Atom, I personally dislike Sublime because it sometimes has invisible characters in the code (dunno why), which I have to remove via an external editor. Switched to Atom and would never go back, it's so nice there.

One main reason why I use Atom instead

VSCode for proz. I do not see why people would pay for sublime while VSCode has pretty much all the features.

VSCode > Atom > Sublime.

I first tried Atom. Found out it was beautiful, but sometimes slow. Moved to VSCode. Changed VSCode's theme to make it look like Atom. Sublime is slowly dying. Hope it does.

Are you a professional developer? Do you like Sublime Text? Just buy a license.

Thanks hat is why I use atom, I used brackets before atom, and VSC for like 3 months in between.
