How the fuck do I convince my company to use docker?

Take a current [small] project and set it up using docker, then ask to do a short presentation on it which gives your evidence of it's strengths.

I've done that for companies I've worked for and it increased my standing at work.

Til this day, never saw a reason to use Docker besides running machine learning with python on windows

Does using it solve a problem you are facing? If yes then just tell them it is what you are using for the solution to that problem

You don't introduce a software. You solve problems, which sometimes includes introducing new software.
