Is it a good idea to go everything Sony? Like a vaio laptop, an Xperia phone, Sony earphones, maybe psvita for games (I rarely play anyway and it’s hackable for retro stuff)? I generally like their aesthetics.

sounds good & better than all Apple to me, but everyone has his taste for electronics, so mix is perfect too for me

Their headphones are kind of mediocre. Static noise, cracking plastic, annoying assistant

Just avoid the audio compact disc root kits and you should be fine.

I used to be an Xperia fan, but the last one I had, Xperia 10 or something, the stupid touch screen ignored half my touches
Then I bought a Sony headset once my Bose died, given both were priced the same, and compared to Bose, the Sony ones souded horrid, no depth in sound

So Idk, doesn't seem like Sony has that finesse anymore in its products

I avoid Sony as much as possible since they are some of the worst when it comes to copyright and destroying other people so they can make a few dollars more.

    Don't support them.

Go with what you like lol. If you ask for opinions here, you won’t but anything at all.

I think you should buy Ubuntu Phone.

Sure but then you need to tattoo "S" in your left butt cheeck any "NY" in your right one.

I feel like with Sony you really pay premium for mediocre products (PlayStation might be an exception, I never used one). I mean at least it's not Apple, but then, Apple offers their own hardware and ecosystem, Sony just gives you the same components and operating systems you can get with any other brand and charges you twice as much. Like Vaio laptops cost significantly more than even Dell XPS Plus or HP Spectre, and Xperia costs more than comparable Samsung Galaxy S phones. As others mentioned, their headphones aren't that good either compared to other brands within the same price range.

Sony does not really have an ecosystem right? I don't see why everything Sony is a benefit. Can't remember when I saw a Sony smartphone anymore
