I feel depressed and anxious, what do y’all do to feel better?

    Go out for a jog or walk. I prefer jog with my apple watch and the goal of every jog is to burn 500 calories which takes about 1h of lightweight jogging. Come home and feel much better mentally

    what @b2plane said + enjoying good music, or reading a good book, ranting w/ friends about anything and laughing about other ppl bs, or just anything that u enjoy and have tested works for u ;)

    i have been that way most of my adult life. recently i got professional help. 6 1 hour sessions for 6 weeks. I learned techniques and clues. now i am a zillion times better. PS get a dog!

    I make sport, like until I'm totaly in exhausted or I play Celeste, the game Vibe make me chill

    I do weight lifting, staying physical is usually a good way of dealing with these problems.

    A bit of physical activity is proven to help. I believe in more activities in general. Making stuff is always a fun activity. Take guitar lessons or a pottery class or something
