It depends. If there's the possibility of getting a lot more in the near future, then maybe it's worth staying.

epiz1397yReally depends on your life goals. Do some of the benefits make up for lower pay? Do you want to have financial Independence and/ot retire early? What about family - do you need to support one? Do you have an inexpensive hobby you wouldn't want to sacrifice for a more tiresome but better paying job? I'd rather work at a lower paying place where I like the company, people, boss, and work than trade those for more money.

vish21467yNo. But, you can 2 other things though
- Ask for a raise if you believe you are worth it.
- Have a side hustle to earn some extra money. -
tmux20197yI left a job like that last week, but in my case the money was not enough for my basic needs.

Not being tired after a work day is a blessing. I would invest your free time either working a side project that makes you money or learning new skills. As long as you can pay your bills on what you make, invest in the future.

JsonC1136427y@epiz I agree with this. I don't mind being underpaid in the short-medium term as long as I'm upskilling.
If I stop growing I become unhappy pretty quickly. -
juzles38617y@Jantho1990 @epiz
I'll just stick with it and use the rest of my energy to learn new things and create side projects -
jflima577yI'm exactly in the same situation, but my breaking point is that there is no promotion possibility, so I'll just stagnate here. Thinking about it freelancing.
