hawkes15687yWhat do we think about "gin", "geography", "giraffe", "george", "Geoffrey", "gigolo", "georgia (US)"? 🙃
(still team git tho) -
owithg21687yRule as I am declaring it!
Gi(f|t|a|e|i|o|u|y|l) is g as in git.
Else it g as in Georgia.
Didn't go through the whole alphabet -
Fuckem'! That's called English... it's Git.
If someone doesn't know the difference between a hard g and a soft g , they deserve an uppercut. -
The thing is JIT (compiler) is a totally different technology. So this doesn't even make sense.

@owithg now, I'm confused. I say ginger as g in Georgia... Not ginger as g in give. 🤔

owithg21687y@thatJavaGuy Haha so now I am confused even more... I was saying ginger falls under Georgia category because n isn't in the hard g set? Maybe I got mixed up, haven't slept in like a week 🙃🙃
