I tried in Fedora 26 and Ubuntu 17.10. I can't even start the app. I just get a black screen.

    Compiles just fine.
As slow as ever, but it works.

I believe the problem is with installing the latest version on a system that has not had chrome on it before. Yesterday I tried on Arch which just gave me a black screen and today @tahnik tried on both Fedora and Ubuntu which gave the same result. If I had to guess the new version does not include some dependency in the installer that's needed.
