With paint people have made amazing things, for example Mona Lisa is drawn with paint, not MS Paint but paint for sure.

@Alfer the nostalgia train might save a very useful built in drawing program (much like notepad is useful in a pinch) Let Tim continue maintaining it, it surely must'nt be that expensive.

This is true i think the only reason people use paint now days is to crop screenshots except that guy who made mad art on but will ignore that.
